Trade Mark Attorney
Gretha joined Ansons in 2020 and qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2021. She graduated as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in December 2015 and was admitted to the Bar in Malta in March 2016. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Intellectual Property from University College Dublin (UCD) and has won first prize in the LEWIS GAZE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP for 2019. Gretha is also a member of the Maltese Chamber of Advocates.
Gretha practices in Intellectual Property specialising in trade marks where she advises on obtaining trade mark protection, dealing with infringements and assisting with filing strategies.
