Ansons’ trade mark attorneys were recently sharpening their skills and accumulating knowledge by attending the annual conference of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. Trade Mark Attorneys, Cherrie Stewart and Peter MacLachlan, were able to meet with colleagues from all around the globe and to learn of changes and developments in national trade mark law and practise and how it may affect our clients. Seminars ranged from the ever present topic of BREXIT to a possible new way of protecting your trade marks in the Middle East and a look at how the owner of one famous brand protect and enforce their trade marks.
